Great to meet you!

Hello all, and welcome to Beach Brain PLLC. I am a board-certified Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with 15 years of psychiatric experience. As a psychiatric nurse, I have always wanted to provide more accessibility and care for my patients. My treatment approach is relaxed, and patient focused. My areas of treatment include but are not limited to anxiety, depression, PTSD, substance abuse, ADHD, mood disorders and sleep disorders.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach to providing care always starts with the focus and needs of the patient. I conduct motivational styled interviewing which is non-judgmental and understanding. Treatment consists of a tailored individualized plan that aligns with your needs and goals for success. I utilize comprehensive screening tools to help identify underlying factors that can be contributing to decreased mental wellness.

What you can expect from our first session

Our patients at Beach Brain will always feel validated and dignified. In a non-judgmental manner and atmosphere. We put our patients first and strive to empower our patients to have positive treatment outcomes with lifestyle changes, comprehensive pharmacology and therapy.
