Great to meet you!

Hello, I’m Henrietta Mosoke, PMHNP-BC, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner licensed in Maryland and Washington, D.C. With over a decade of nursing experience, I am passionate about providing compassionate, client-centered care to individuals across the lifespan who are navigating mental health and emotional challenges.

My approach is holistic, open-minded, and affirming—recognizing that each person’s story is unique and that healing involves the mind, body, and spirit. I strive to create a safe, inclusive space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered to take an active role in their wellness journey.

I provide care for a wide range of conditions including anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and stress-related challenges. My treatment approach integrates psychopharmacology, psychoeducation, and supportive therapy, tailored to meet each client’s individual needs.

Whether you’re seeking balance, clarity, or support through life’s transitions, my goal is to walk beside you with empathy, respect, and understanding—helping you build resilience and move toward lasting well-being.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is holistic, collaborative, and person-centered. I believe that mental wellness is best achieved by addressing the connection between the mind, body, and spirit. In our work together, I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental, and affirming space where you feel supported and empowered to take an active role in your healing journey.

I tailor each treatment plan to the individual, combining psychopharmacology, psychoeducation, and supportive therapy to meet your unique needs and goals. I value open communication and shared decision-making, ensuring that you understand your options and feel comfortable throughout the process.

My areas of focus include anxiety, depression, mood disorders, ADHD, and stress-related concerns. I also emphasize lifestyle factors such as sleep, nutrition, movement, and mindfulness as essential components of overall well-being. My goal is to help you build resilience, achieve balance, and move toward lasting mental and emotional health.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, my goal is to create a safe, welcoming, and nonjudgmental space where you feel comfortable sharing your story. We’ll take time to discuss your current concerns, personal goals, and any past experiences with mental health care. I’ll also review your medical and mental health history to gain a complete understanding of your unique needs.

Together, we’ll begin developing a collaborative treatment plan that may include medication management, therapy, lifestyle support, or psychoeducation—always guided by your comfort level and preferences. My approach is patient-paced and compassionate, allowing us to move forward at a rhythm that feels right for you.

By the end of the first session, clients often feel heard, validated, and supported, with a clearer understanding of next steps toward healing, balance, and emotional well-being.
