Henrietta is a psychiatrist mental health nurse practitioner specialized in caring for Adult and Geriatric patients with Depression, Anxiety, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder(PTSD), Mood disorders and other psychiatric disorders patients are opened to discuss.
Patients will be provided a safe and supportive space where their thoughts, feelings, and experiences are genuinely heard and understood. I firmly believe that effective therapy begins with active listening, which involves not only hearing the words spoken but also grasping the underlying emotions and concerns. When clients share their stories with me, I take the time to truly listen, allowing them to express themselves without judgment or interruption.
Provider will collaborate with patients to design a treatment plan that aligns with each client's unique mental health needs and goals.By involving clients in the process of choosing a treatment plan, I empower them to take an active role in their healing journey.
