Great to meet you!

I’m Henry Smith, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is passionate about helping people feel supported and understood. I’ve worked with children, adults, and families through challenges like trauma, anxiety, depression, and life changes. My approach is warm, compassionate, and collaborative—I want clients to feel safe and empowered to create the changes they hope for. I believe healing and growth happen when we work together in a space built on trust and respect.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I believe clients are the experts of their own lives, and I work alongside them to uncover strengths, build coping skills, and develop strategies for healing and growth. I draw from evidence-based practices, including Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI), and tailor each session to the unique needs of the individual or family. Together, we create a safe, supportive space to process challenges, improve relationships, and foster lasting resilience.

What you can expect from me

In sessions, clients can expect a structured yet supportive environment where evidence-based, trauma-informed interventions are applied to meet their unique needs. I focus on helping individuals and families develop coping strategies, strengthen resilience, and address patterns that may be impacting their well-being. Together, we establish clear goals, monitor progress, and work toward lasting change through collaborative, practical steps.
