Great to meet you!

If you are an adolescent, young adult, or parent navigating something hard, whether that is relationships, confidence, a shifting sense of identity, or just a feeling that you are not quite reaching your potential, you do not have to sort it out alone. I am a psychologist who brings warmth, creativity, and a little humor to this work. My goal is to help you build on what is already strong in you while finding new tools for the challenges ahead. I would love to connect and see if we might be a good fit.

My approach to therapy

My approach is strengths-based and trauma-informed, with an emphasis on building on what is already working while developing new skills and perspectives. Drawing on experience across a variety of settings and scenarios, I bring a broad and flexible “toolbox” of strategies to my work, tailoring therapy to each individual and unique environment.

What you can expect from me

I usually like to start with a longer (75 minute) intake session. This allows us to hone in on our goals and get to know each other. I will spend most of the time actively listening. You will have space to share what has brought you here, at whatever pace feels right. There is no pressure to have everything figured out before we meet. Over time, we build on your strengths and develop tools that actually fit your life. Many clients leave that first conversation feeling genuinely heard, sometimes for the first time in a while. That is a good place to start.

If you have ay questions about scheduling or services, reach out by phone or email.
