Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical social worker supporting adults and adolescents who are motivated to move from feeling lost, stuck, or down, to a place of greater joy. My education and clinical experience allow me to provide a healing connection with my clients, and a space to discover and change what isn’t working. My clinical interests include childhood, relational, and intergenerational trauma, women’s issues, depression, identity development, and life transitions.

My approach to therapy

My approach to counseling is person centered and emotionally focused, and remains flexible to honor the creativity, value, and inherent wisdom within each individual. First and foremost, I seek to listen and connect, to create and authentic, safe space where healing and growth can occur. In this space it becomes possible to highlight and amplify the strengths and insights that exist within you, so that you may work towards creating the life of meaning and joy that you desire.

What you can expect from me

My therapy style is warm, non-judgmental, and playful. I strive to provide a safe space where clients can process vulnerabilities, evaluate personal values, and set goals. We will work together as a team to reestablish trust in your own instincts and in your relationships, beginning with your relationship with yourself. I can offer you tools to harness your emotions, manage stress, set healthy boundaries, and build a meaningful relationship with yourself and others.
