Great to meet you!

You’re a young mom juggling exhaustion and self-doubt, a military caregiver carrying the weight of supporting your loved one while trying to care for yourself, or a foster or adoptive parent working through complex emotions and family dynamics. Maybe you’re a teen feeling overwhelmed by school, relationships, or identity, or a new parent struggling to find your footing. If you’re feeling stretched thin, isolated, or unsure how to move forward, you don’t have to figure it out alone. With 7 years of experience as a Social Worker, I specialize in supporting military caregivers, young moms, young adults dealing with changes, parenting challenges and teens (ages 16+). Together we can create a space where you can explore your experiences, build practical skills, and rediscover balance and hope. My work draws from real-life challenges I’ve seen in families like yours—whether it’s adjusting to new roles, healing from past disruptions, or managing stress in high-demand situations.

My approach to therapy

I blend mindfulness practices to help you stay grounded in the present moment, solution-focused techniques to build on your strengths and create actionable steps forward, CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) to shift unhelpful thought patterns, and DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) skills for emotion regulation and relationships. Together, we’ll tailor our work to your unique needs so you can feel more confident, connected, and resilient. I believe in meeting you where you are—with warmth, respect, and practical support. If you’re ready to take the next step toward feeling more like yourself, I invite you to reach out. Let’s see if we’re a good fit—I offer virtual sessions and would be honored to walk alongside you.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is about getting to know each other. I'll learn about your history, stressors, and what's brought you to therapy, because I want to understand you as a whole person before we do anything else. Together we'll set treatment goals around what you want to change, whether that's reducing trauma symptoms, managing anxiety or depression, working through relationship struggles, or breaking patterns that have kept you stuck. Your goals shape everything we do. My hope is that you leave our first session feeling truly heard and excited about what's to come.
