Great to meet you!

I am a dedicated Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care in a supportive and judgment-free environment. I have worked as a nurse for over ten years with experience in medical-surgical care, triage, and assisted living settings. I also had the privilege of working at Mayo Clinic, where I received valuable clinical training that strengthened my skills in patient-centered care and treating individuals with complex needs.

I specialize in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma-related concerns, and stress-related challenges. I provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and individualized treatment plans designed to help each client reach their goals and improve overall well-being.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and holistic. I believe mental health care works best when clients feel heard, respected, and actively involved in their treatment decisions. I take time to understand each person’s unique experiences, symptoms, lifestyle, and goals before creating a care plan.

I combine evidence-based treatment, medication management when appropriate, supportive therapy techniques, and practical coping strategies. I also focus on the connection between mental and physical health, helping clients build sustainable habits that support long-term wellness.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, clients can expect a warm, welcoming, and judgment-free space where they can openly discuss their concerns. We will review your mental health history, current symptoms, medical background, stressors, and treatment goals.

My goal is to help you feel comfortable, understood, and hopeful about the next steps. Together, we will begin developing a personalized treatment plan that may include medication options, coping tools, therapy recommendations, and clear goals for progress. By the end of the session, clients often leave with greater clarity, support, and a path forward.
