Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master's in Social Work and experience in medical social work, rehabilitation, dialysis, and counseling. These experiences have given me the opportunity to support people through a wide range of challenges, losses, and life transitions.

Today, I focus on working with adult women who are navigating anxiety, depression, grief, relationship difficulties, caregiver stress, mother wounds, and major life transitions.

My style is warm, practical, and down-to-earth. Whether you're facing a difficult season or feeling overwhelmed, my goal is to help you feel seen, supported, and equipped with tools to move forward with confidence and hope.

After each appointment, I send a personalized follow-up note with encouragement, key takeaways, and practical things to focus on between sessions.

My faith is an important part of who I am and influences the way I view hope, healing, and personal growth. I welcome conversations about faith when they are meaningful to a client's journey while respecting each person's beliefs and values.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy can be a place where you get to receive instead of constantly giving to everyone else. Many of the women I work with spend so much of their time caring for others that they rarely have space to focus on their own needs.

My approach is warm, practical, and encouraging. I strive to create a space where you can be yourself, feel understood, and talk openly about what you're carrying. Together, we'll work through the challenges you're facing, identify what matters most, and focus on realistic steps forward.

We'll spend time understanding what's weighing on you while also recognizing what is good, what is working, and where hope can be found.

What you can expect from me

The first session is really about understanding your story and what brings you to therapy. We'll talk about what's going on in your life, the challenges you're facing, and what you hope will be different as a result of counseling.

Together, we'll identify goals that feel meaningful and realistic for you so we're working toward what matters most. My goal is to make sure I understand your needs, we're on the same page, and that our work together is focused on what matters most to you.
