Welcome! I am Dr. Holly Cormier, a clinical psychologist with over 20 years of experience. I completed my Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology at the University of Toronto and a post-doctoral fellowship at the Center for Addiction and Mental Health.

My style is open and collaborative, creating a safe and supportive environment where clients feel heard and understood. My strengths lie in my ability to listen deeply, provide insightful feedback, and guide clients toward achieving their goals.

My approach to therapy

I work with adults and adolescents using psychodynamic therapy, EMDR, CBT, and trauma-focused therapy. My style is open and collaborative.
