We’ll move at your pace, build on your strengths, and focus on solving the problems that brought you to therapy—whether that means gaining clarity, reducing distress, improving relationships, or making meaningful decisions. Our work is collaborative and grounded in real life, helping you make sense of what’s happening and find a path forward that is manageable.
My goal is simple: to help you feel truly heard, validated, supported, and empowered to take small meaningful steps forward—without judgment, pressure, or quick fixes. In your first session, you can expect a welcoming, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where we focus on getting to know you and what brought you to therapy.
