I am a License Clinical Addiction Specialist, License Clinical Mental Health Counselor, and a Certified Trauma Therapist II. I received my Master’s in Counseling from Longwood University. I have been working with those suffering from addiction and co-occurring disorders since 2011 in an outpatient and inpatient setting.
I work with individuals who are experiencing challenges with substances, relationships, and mental health. I have experience working with young adults as well as adults throughout the life span. My style is narrative in nature, utilizing Experiential Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Brainspotting, Motivational Interviewing and other modalities.
