Great to meet you!

I’m a trauma therapist specializing in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and parts work. I work with adults navigating trauma, including complex or chronic trauma, PTSD, dissociative experiences, personality disorders, and longstanding patterns that impact relationships, self-worth, and daily life.

I’ve completed IFS Level 1 training through the IFS Institute and continue my training through consultation with certified IFS practitioners. I also serve as a Program Assistant in IFS Level 1 trainings. In addition to being a therapist, I’m also an IFS client, and I deeply value how gentle, validating, and transformative this work can be.

When I am not working as a counselor, I love engaging with the performing arts, listening to podcasts, and spending time with my cats. I am an avid pickle enthusiast.

My approach to therapy

My approach is grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS), an evidence-based model that helps you understand and heal the parts of you shaped by trauma. Rather than pathologizing symptoms, we work with curiosity and compassion to build a more secure relationship with yourself.

I prioritize safety, consent, and collaboration, moving at a pace that feels supportive and sustainable. Therapy with me is trauma-informed, nonjudgmental, and relational.

What you can expect from me

The first session is focused on getting to know you, understanding what brought you to therapy, and beginning to build a sense of safety and trust. You don’t need to share everything right away.

I’ll explain how I work, answer any questions, and help you feel grounded and supported as we identify next steps together.
