Great to meet you!

Seeking support takes courage, and I am honored to partner with individuals as they navigate life's challenges, transitions, and opportunities for growth. My goal is to provide a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change.

I hold a Doctorate and Master's degree in Social Work, along with a Master's degree in Human Services Counseling and Coaching. I have extensive experience working with individuals, couples, women, and people of color facing concerns such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and major life transitions. I believe that even during our most difficult moments, growth and healing are possible.

My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and tailored to your unique needs. Drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Informed Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy, I help clients develop practical tools, build resilience, and move beyond surviving toward thriving. I am especially passionate about supporting those experiencing crisis, trauma, or significant life challenges as they work toward healing, post-traumatic growth, and a more fulfilling life.

I believe therapy works best when there is a genuine connection, and I strive to bring authenticity, compassion, and a little humor into the process. If you're ready to take the next step, I would be honored to support you on your journey.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy to help clients develop practical coping skills, build resilience, and create meaningful change. I believe healing happens through a strong therapeutic relationship, and I work alongside clients to help them move from surviving to thriving.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we'll take time to get to know each other, discuss what brings you to therapy, and explore your goals for treatment. This is an opportunity for you to share your story at your own pace, ask questions, and begin building a comfortable and trusting therapeutic relationship. Together, we'll identify your strengths, discuss areas of concern, and create a plan that supports your healing and growth.
