It is never easy to feel all alone in the world, wondering what it might feel like to be happy. I work with high-functioning adults who look like they’re managing life well on the outside but feel anxious, burned out, or emotionally drained inside. Many of my clients are professionals, students, caregivers, and LGBTQ+ individuals navigating stress, past trauma, or identity-related challenges. With over 11 years in counseling and six years as a certified EMDR therapist, I focus on helping people heal from trauma, manage anxiety, and feel more balanced. I’m currently accepting new telehealth clients with limited daytime and select evening availability.
