Great to meet you!

Welcome! I'm so glad you're here. I'm a mental health therapist and certified clinical trauma specialist who's dedicated to helping people achieve a higher sense of well-being and inner solitude. I work with adults with a range of presenting concerns related to: ADHD, anxiety, recovery from narcissistic abuse, relationship issues, boundaries, communication, self-esteem/worth, nervous system regulation, and trauma.
