Great to meet you!

As a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over ten years of healthcare experience and a strong foundation in medical-surgical, oncology, and psychiatric nursing. My diverse clinical background has given me a comprehensive understanding of both physical and mental health, allowing me to provide compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to each individual's unique needs.

I understand that reaching out for help can feel overwhelming. Many of my clients come to me feeling anxious, exhausted, misunderstood, or unsure of what they need. Whether you're facing ADHD, anxiety, depression, PTSD, mood changes, behavioral concerns, or other mental health challenges, I strive to create a space where you feel comfortable, respected, heard, understood, and supported.

My approach is collaborative and personalized. I work closely with each client to develop an individualized treatment plan that aligns with their goals, values, and lifestyle. Depending on your needs and preferences, I offer therapy, medication management, or a combination of both to provide comprehensive, well-rounded care.

Above all, I am committed to creating a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment where you can openly share your concerns, build resilience, develop effective coping strategies, and achieve meaningful, lasting improvements in your mental health and overall well-being.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is compassionate, collaborative, and individualized. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and judgment-free environment where you feel comfortable sharing your concerns and confident that your voice is truly heard. I believe the best outcomes come from building a strong therapeutic partnership based on trust, open communication, and mutual respect.

Rather than focusing solely on symptoms, I take the time to understand the whole person. Together, we'll develop a personalized treatment plan that aligns with your goals, values, and unique circumstances. Whether your care includes therapy, medication management, or both, my goal is to help you gain practical tools, build resilience, and create meaningful, lasting improvements in your mental health and overall well-being.

I also take a comprehensive approach by considering medical conditions, lifestyle factors, and environmental stressors that may be affecting your mental health. This holistic perspective helps ensure that your treatment is safe, effective, and tailored specifically to your needs, empowering you to move forward with greater balance, confidence, and wellness.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to help you gain clarity, stability, and confidence in managing your mental health. When you work with me, you can expect to feel genuinely heard, understood, and supported every step of the way.

Together, we'll develop a personalized, step-by-step treatment plan designed around your unique needs, goals, and strengths. Whether you're seeking therapy, medication management, or both, my focus is on helping you achieve meaningful progress, not just temporary symptom relief.

My hope is that you'll leave each session with greater clarity, confidence, and a renewed sense of direction, knowing you have a trusted partner invested in your success. If you're ready to take the next step toward improved mental health, I invite you to reach out. Healing begins with a conversation, and I would be honored to support you on your journey toward greater balance, resilience, and overall well-being.
