Great to meet you!

Hi there! I’m a bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I graduated from NYU Silver School of Social Work.

My approach to therapy

As someone who grew up between cultures and countries, I understand what it’s like to feel caught between worlds — trying to make sense of who you are in a new environment while managing expectations from others. That lived experience deeply informs my work. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in cultural humility and trauma-informed care. I am trained in CBT, ACT and SFBT.

What you can expect from me

In our time together, I want you to feel safe enough to exhale — and to show up just as you are: in grief, in hope, in confusion, or simply in need of someone who gets it. I believe healing happens in relationship — when you feel truly seen, heard, and accepted.Therapy doesn’t have to be perfect or polished. And you don’t have to go through it alone.
