Great to meet you!

Ian, is from a family of first responders, brings trauma-informed, results-driven counseling to help clients heal and build resilience. He offers practical support for those recovering from trauma or facing life’s pressures.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is practical, collaborative, and goal-oriented. I primarily use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Solution-Focused Therapy to help clients build psychological flexibility, identify strengths, and take meaningful steps toward the life they want.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, clients can expect a relaxed, conversational environment where we discuss what brought them to therapy, their goals, and any challenges they're facing. I'll take time to get to know you, answer any questions you have, and begin developing a plan tailored to your needs. My goal is for you to leave with a clearer sense of direction and confidence about the therapeutic process.
