Great to meet you!

I appreciate the opportunity to come alongside people in their journey to help empower them to find creative solutions. With a history of working with young adults, children and their families on issues ranging from anxiety to ADHD to relational conflict to identity based work. I am trained in ART, DBT, TF-CBT and am Prepare and Enrich Certified. I've been practicing therapy since I received my masters in clinical mental health counseling from Denver Seminary in 2017.

My approach to therapy

I work collaboratively with clients to take a holistic and strengths based approach to their challenges, working from a systemic perspective looking at how relationships with others and self impact behaviors and identity.

What you can expect from me

We will work collaboratively to set a few concrete goals to work towards, ending each session with a clear take away to work on, reflect on, practice or lean into until we meet again.
