Great to meet you!

I am a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Texas and Maryland. I am passionate about helping individuals overcome challenges and achieve their full potential. I have 20 years of experience in the field of Social Work. For the past decade, I’ve focused on clinical therapy, helping clients navigate trauma, grief and loss, stress, and significant life transitions.

My approach to therapy

I take a client-centered approach to therapy, meaning I support you at whatever point you're at in your mental health journey. My approach is rooted in empathy and compassion. My focus is on helping you recognize the power of your thoughts and how they influence the connection between your mind, body, and emotions.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I’ll introduce myself and share what therapy can look like and answer any questions you may have. You’ll have the space to share what’s bringing you in. We’ll explore your story, your strengths, and what you’re hoping to gain from our work together. There’s no pressure to have it all figured out.

If you’re ready to begin, or just want to learn more, I invite you to reach out. I look forward to connecting with you.
