Great to meet you!

Greetings,

I am an African American woman dedicated to empowering women and families from all walks of life who have experienced trauma. I am a proud graduate of Bowie State University, where I received my Master's in Counseling. I have expertise in trauma-informed care and person-centered therapy, which are designed to strengthen and empower each person served.

My approach to therapy

I believe life is a lifelong journey in which we are blessed to live every day. As a clinician, my sole duty is to provide each person served with the tools needed to navigate their personal life's journey while manifesting the most authentic and highest version of themselves.

What you can expect from me

My clients have said to take away skills to navigate conflict, negative self-talk, depression, anxiety, and more. I also take pride in building and aiding families to develop a stronger sense of community outside their natural support systems. I believe "We are the change the world greatly needs," which shows in everything I do.
