Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with a passion for providing the utmost quality of services to individuals, couples, and families struggling with life challenges. I received my Master’s of Science in Clinical Counseling and I have over 10 years of experience working with adults and children who are experiencing life difficulties. I’ve also worked and have provided support to LGBTQIA individuals, couples, and families; As well as the Black and Latino community.

My approach to therapy

My job as a therapist is to support your healing and renewal when you have been stunned, wounded, or overwhelmed. In addition to using evidence-based treatments such as CBT and REBT, I believe I can best support you with encouragement, by building on your strengths, and by sharing skills and perspectives. I want to get you back to feeling like the "real you," feeling at peace, connected, and inspired.

What you can expect from me

You want to build a relationship with a therapist that is trusting and long-lasting, someone you can return to whenever life brings a new challenge. You want someone on your team to help you reach your goals. For therapy to work best, you need to be able to freely express yourself and to feel seen and understood.
