Great to meet you!

Welcome! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to helping individuals of all ages build resilience, navigate challenges, and cultivate personal growth. I believe therapy is a transformative journey, and my goal is to create a supportive space where you feel truly heard, valued, and empowered.

My approach blends Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) — including mindfulness and meditation techniques — with a person-centered philosophy. I believe you are the expert in your own life, and together we'll explore your experiences, identify your strengths, and develop practical strategies to help you thrive.

My approach to therapy

I work with clients across the lifespan navigating major life transitions. I specialize in supporting children and adolescents (ages 5–17) managing anxiety, depression, ADHD, behavioral concerns, and emotional regulation. I also work with adults and young adults (ages 18–60) working through anxiety, depression, trauma, and everyday life stressors. Additionally, I love partnering with families of all compositions to help guide them toward their desired level of connection and functioning.

What you can expect from me

The best way to describe me is a human taco — there are so many different characteristics that make me who I am! Some days I'm booking a spontaneous trip or joining a running club full of strangers; other days, I'm wrapped in a cozy blanket having a good cry over a romcom. My friends call me the fun planner — I'm always the one sending out itineraries or suggesting new restaurants to try. I truly believe life is about taking the ingredients you have and making something amazing — just like a taco. (And yes, I really do love tacos.)

I received my Bachelor of Social Work from East Carolina University and my Master of Social Work from UNC Charlotte.
