Great to meet you!

I specialize in working with adults, adolescents, children , and families who face emotional and behavioral challenges, such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, and difficulties related to life transitions, loss, or family changes. My goal is to create a safe, accepting space where people can express themselves freely through words, symbolic play, and creative expression. I help my clients explore their inner world, guiding them toward emotional growth and resilience.

I have extensive experience working within the public mental health system and in educational-therapeutic settings. I have served as a psychotherapist in post-hospitalization residential programs for both adolescents and adults, providing ongoing clinical treatment and support. In addition, I worked at the Adolescent Parent Center, where I provided individual therapy as well as parental guidance.

I have also maintained a private practice, offering psychotherapy for children, adolescents, and adults, along with parent coaching services.

Formal Education:

B.A. and M.A. in Social Work, The Hebrew University of Jerusalem Postgraduate Psychotherapy Program, Bar-Ilan University Advanced Studies in Early Mental States, Tel Aviv University

My approach to therapy

My clinical work is rooted in psychodynamic and psychoanalytic principles, offering a deep and reflective exploration of the patient’s internal world. When working with children, I incorporate projective tools and play therapy to facilitate emotional expression and support developmental needs. With adults, I utilize free associations, insight-oriented interventions, and exploration of everyday experiences to promote self-understanding and lasting change. I also integrate practical, supportive strategies to help clients navigate life transitions and psychological distress.

I am committed to providing trauma-informed, developmentally appropriate care, collaborating with families, schools, and multidisciplinary teams when needed. My goal is to support each individual’s emotional growth, resilience, and well-being.

What you can expect from me

“Home is not where you live, but where they understand you." — ChristianMorgenstern

safe and trusting therapeutic relationship. I will ask questions to better understand your (or your child’s) history, current concerns, strengths, and goals for therapy.

This meeting is also a chance for you to ask any questions you may have about the therapeutic process, my approach, or how we will work together. We will discuss confidentiality, scheduling, and any practical guidelines to ensure a comfortable and supportive environment.

For children, the initial session may include play-based observations and a brief parent interview, depending on the child’s age and needs.

By the end of the session, we will work together to identify next steps and begin shaping a treatment plan that best supports emotional growth and well-being.
