Great to meet you!

Life can feel overwhelming when you're carrying anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges, trauma, or the stress of major life transitions. You may feel stuck, emotionally exhausted, disconnected from yourself or others, or unsure of what comes next. I work with youth, adults, seniors, individuals, and couples who want to better understand themselves, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful change.

With more than seven years of experience, I help clients navigate anxiety, depression, stress management, grief and loss, relationship concerns, women's issues, trauma, and life transitions. My goal is to provide a warm, affirming, and supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to move toward greater confidence, balance, and emotional well-being.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should be collaborative, personalized, and practical. Every person brings unique experiences and strengths, and together we'll create a treatment approach that fits your needs and goals.

I use evidence-based and trauma-informed approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Mindfulness-Based Therapy, Strength-Based Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), Trauma-Informed Care, and integrative interventions. Sessions focus on understanding patterns, building coping skills, improving emotional regulation, and creating meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a safe, welcoming, and nonjudgmental environment where you can openly explore your challenges and goals. During our first sessions, we'll discuss what feels stuck, identify your strengths, and create a clear plan for moving forward.

Clients often experience reduced anxiety and stress, healthier relationships, improved coping skills, greater self-awareness, stronger boundaries, and increased confidence in navigating life's challenges. My goal is to help you feel supported, empowered, and equipped with practical tools that foster lasting growth and healing.
