Great to meet you!

I care about people and I want to see them have greater victories in wellness despite life's challenges. I aim to provide a supportive, warm environment that is open to authenticity and humor. My approach is holistic and considers mind, body and spiritual health.

I am only available between 1:00 - 2:30 pm for an initial phone consultation. Once you become an active client, I have availability between 9:00 am to 6:15 pm Mondays to Thursdays with my last session beginning at 5:15 pm. Please note that you would need to be physically within the State of Maryland during our sessions.

My approach to therapy

After a thorough assessment and identifying your concerns, let's explore the desired outcome you want in the near future. We will look at this outcome from multiple perspectives in the spirit of hope and belief. We will focus on solutions and engage in the language of transformation. You will take this life vision out into the world, solve problems, create and watch your hopes manifest in your life.

For those that request it, I can teach basic stress management strategies. I also offer Christian counseling for clients that prefer this approach as part of their care.

What you can expect from me

You can expect to be welcomed, warmly greeted and treated with dignity and respect. I am very thorough so our first session will be question focused allowing me to get a good broad picture of your life surrounding the "problem area(s)".
