Great to meet you!

Welcome! My name is Ingrid Mazziotta, and I'm a dually-licensed counselor with seven years of experience in addiction and mental health counseling. I specialize in treating substance use disorders, behavioral addictions such as porn addiction and compulsive sexual behaviors, and co-occurring mental health conditions. I'm most passionate about working with clients who are impacted by addiction in someone close to them. I also enjoy working with sexual wellness, especially in recovering from purity culture, and strive to create a sex-positive safe space for clients to explore their identities and interpersonal relationship dynamics.

My approach to therapy

I have training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and take a client-centered, collaborative approach to support my clients throughout their therapeutic journey.

What you can expect from me

Our first session gives us the chance to get to know one another, and set up some initial goals for counseling. I like to leave the first session with an idea of something to kick us off in counseling so we can dive right in!
