Great to meet you!
I provide a warm, supportive, and culturally responsive space where you can feel seen, heard, and understood. I believe therapy is most effective when you feel safe being your authentic self. Whether you're navigating anxiety, trauma, depression, relationship or family challenges, parenting concerns, or life transitions, I'm here to help you move forward with clarity, confidence, and compassion. I understand how culture, family dynamics, and life experiences shape mental health, and I bring that perspective into every session.
I hold advanced degrees in Social Work and Applied Behavior Analysis and have over 10 years of experience as both a clinician and educator. I work with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families, including individuals with developmental disabilities and autism spectrum disorder. Together, we'll build on your strengths, develop practical coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change.
