Great to meet you!

As a licensed clinical professional counselor and certified school counselor, I prioritize relationship building and community. I am a two time HBCU graduate (soon to be three!) and I have growing expertise working with Black girls and women looking to increase community connection. I work with my clients to honor their process through intuitive healing and growth.

My approach to therapy

You are stronger than you may realize! Together, we will identify your inner strengths and work toward your goals. My approach is humanistic and incorporates strength-based, solution-focused, and African-centered frameworks. I believe that healing can take place through community, connection, and meaningful relationships. Our work together will provide a supportive space for you to explore your experiences, recognize your strengths, and develop the tools you need to thrive authentically in your daily life.

What you can expect from me

I aim to help you curate a space where you can learn and heal from your past and present situations, so you can grow into the woman you desire. I will ask questions that require reflection, accountability and growth. This space is for you to be who you are, while growing into who you want to be.
