Great to meet you!

Hi! I'm Irene, a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner who provides thoughtful care to adults navigating ADHD, depression, and anxiety, and is currently taking new patients.

"It's like she really gets me." Is something I hear often from my clients—and it’s the kind of real relationship I work hard to build in every session.

My approach to therapy

If you're constantly saying things like “I can’t seem to focus,” “I feel stuck,” or “I just can’t turn my brain off,”—you’re not alone. These struggles are real, and they’re valid. My goal is to help you untangle them in a space that feels supportive, safe, and judgment-free.

My clients describe me as someone who truly listens, takes their concerns seriously, and makes them feel seen. In their words: “professional but warm,” “attentive,” “thorough,” and “genuinely cares.” I believe that healing starts when you feel comfortable enough to be yourself—so I will be myself with you, which often helps my clients feel at home with me.

What you can expect from me

I offer care across New York and New Mexico via telehealth, so you can get support that fits your life. When I’m not in session, you’ll probably find me experimenting in the kitchen, planning my next travel adventure, or giving back through volunteer work.

Mental health doesn’t have to be overwhelming—and you don’t have to go through it alone. Let’s take that first step together.
