Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with a PhD in Counseling Psychology, a minor in Clinical Psychology, and over 14 years of experience working with law enforcement and correctional populations and in private practice. I work with adolescents ages 14 and older and adults experiencing concerns such as anxiety, stress, burnout, anger, emotional regulation, grief, trauma, substance use, and relationship challenges.

Using evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, I tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs and goals. I provide a compassionate, confidential space to develop coping skills, build resilience, strengthen relationships, and achieve meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and solution-focused, providing a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and empowered. I use evidence-based approaches, including CBT and Solution-Focused Therapy, to build coping skills, strengthen resilience, and develop practical strategies for meaningful change. I tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs and goals, helping them overcome challenges, improve relationships, and navigate life with greater confidence.

What you can expect from me

Your first session offers a safe, welcoming, and nonjudgmental space to share your concerns at your own pace. We’ll explore your current challenges, identify your goals, and develop a personalized plan using evidence-based approaches to support your growth and well-being. You’ll also have the opportunity to ask questions and learn about confidentiality and the therapeutic process. There’s no pressure to share everything at once—we’ll work together to build on your strengths and create meaningful change.
