I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 16 years of experience in mental health care. I have worked across a range of clinical settings, providing psychiatric evaluation and medication management for children, adolescents, and adults.

My background includes treating ADHD, Autism, mood disorders, anxiety, psychotic disorders, trauma-related conditions, and other behavioral and emotional concerns. I am committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care while respecting each patient’s unique experiences, values, and goals. I strive to create a supportive and professional environment where patients and families feel comfortable seeking care.

My approach to care is collaborative, patient-centered, and evidence-based. I work closely with patients and, when appropriate, families to develop individualized treatment plans that are practical, effective, and aligned with each person’s needs and lifestyle.

I emphasize clear communication, education, and shared decision-making. Treatment may include medication management, ongoing monitoring, and coordination with therapists, primary care providers, or schools when needed. I focus on long-term stability, symptom improvement, and functional well-being

During the first session, clients can expect a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation in a calm, respectful, and nonjudgmental setting. I take time to understand current concerns, mental health history, medical background, and personal goals.

Together, we will discuss initial impressions, possible diagnoses, and treatment options. My goal is for clients to leave the first visit feeling heard, informed, and confident about the next steps in their care.
