Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Iyinoluwa meaning God’s praise, which is why many clients and colleagues call me "Praise". I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 10 years of experience in healthcare. I work with children, teens, and adults navigating ADHD, anxiety, depression, and mood changes. I’m known for being supportive but also direct and practical, so you leave sessions with clarity and real steps forward. I create a welcoming, culturally sensitive space where you can feel heard and understood, and I’m open to incorporating faith into care if that matters to you.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is supportive, direct, and solution-focused. I take time to understand what you’re experiencing, but I also help you move forward with clear, practical steps that improve your day-to-day life. I work collaboratively with you to create a treatment plan that may include medication management and realistic strategies for better focus, mood, and overall functioning. I’m straightforward in my approach while making sure you feel heard, respected, and supported. If it’s important to you, I’m also open to incorporating faith and personal values into your care.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a welcoming and supportive space where we talk through your concerns, symptoms, and what’s been most challenging for you. I’ll ask focused questions to get a clear understanding of your needs and how your symptoms are affecting your daily life. Together, we’ll begin to outline a plan that may include medication management and practical steps you can start using right away. I’m direct but compassionate, so you’ll leave with more clarity and a sense of direction. My goal is for you to feel heard, understood, and confident about the next steps in your care.
