Great to meet you!

My name is Dr. J’Haria Dallas, and I’m so glad you’re here. Taking the step to seek support is both brave and meaningful, and your presence here reflects a commitment to yourself and your well-being. Whether you’re navigating a major life transition, feeling overwhelmed or anxious, working through relationship challenges, or simply needing a space to slow down and reflect, therapy can offer a supportive environment where you feel seen, heard, and understood.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and real. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), which means we’ll explore how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are connected while also focusing on your strengths and what’s already working in your life. Together, we’ll make sense of what’s beneath the surface and take practical, meaningful steps toward the changes you want at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

What you can expect from me

The first session is so the client and clinician can get to know one another.
