My name is Dr. Jacinta Madu, DNP, a Board-Certified Family Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with over 18 years of serving patients with different mental health issues. I enjoy treating patients with all kinds of mental illnesses, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, and psychosis. I have a passion for mental health. As a PMHNP, I work with clients through compassion, empathy, respect, humility, and hope to restore dignity and reduce mental health stigma.

My approach to therapy

With over 15 years of serving patients with different mental health issues and 3+ years of working as a Psych NP, I've developed a systemic ways of identifying the root cause of your challenges and creating an individualized plan that leads to measurable outcome.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will start with brief introduction and getting to know each other, then we will dive in to a comprehensive psychiatric history. This will help me put the puzzles together to know best treatment option for you.
