Great to meet you!

As a psychiatric nurse practitioner, I know that reaching out for support takes courage, so I'm glad you're here. I work with teens, women, and adults dealing with ADHD, anxiety, depression, and mood changes, and I love helping people feel more like themselves again. My approach is collaborative and practical, we'll figure out together what actually works for your life, not a one-size-fits-all plan. I'm looking forward to getting to know you!

My approach to therapy

Everyone's story is unique, and your care should reflect that. I see us as partners, working together to understand what's really going on and find a path forward that fits your life. Open, honest communication matters to me, I want you to feel truly heard and respected in our work together. I'll bring both compassion and expertise to our sessions, whether that means adjusting medication, talking through what's hard, or simply checking in on how you're doing.

What you can expect from me

I always start with a comprehensive initial evaluation, where we'll talk through your history, symptoms, and what's brought you in, as well as what you're hoping will feel different. We'll work together to make sense of it all! I strive to create a warm, welcoming space where you feel comfortable being open and honest, while also feeling secure and respected. From there, we'll build a personalized treatment plan together, which may include medication, and continue adjusting it in the sessions that follow to help you feel like yourself again.
