Great to meet you!

I have over 15 years experience supporting people seeking to be their best selves. I work best with people that are looking to end self-defeating behaviors, adopt new ones and sustain them.

My approach to therapy

My approach is person-centered, affirming, and focused on helping the client accomplish their goals. I find that therapy works best when the relationship is one of mutual trust and respect.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to be listened to, feel heard, and to be supported in accomplishing their goals. Clients should also expect to be respected, affirmed and treated as the adult they are, meaning that I will provide my thoughts and recommendations when necessary, but respect your autonomy and decisions.
