Great to meet you!

I provide compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care for children, adolescents, and adults. I specialize in the evaluation, diagnosis, and medication management of ADHD, anxiety disorders, depression, mood disorders, trauma-related conditions. My goal is to create a supportive, judgment-free environment where you feel heard, understood, and empowered throughout your mental health journey.

I believe that every person's story is unique, so I take the time to understand your concerns, symptoms, lifestyle, and treatment goals before developing an individualized care plan. I incorporate medication management with supportive counseling and evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques and Motivational Interviewing, to help you build practical coping skills and achieve lasting improvement.

Whether you're struggling with difficulty focusing, persistent worry, overwhelming stress, low mood, emotional challenges, or life transitions, I work collaboratively with you to help you regain balance and improve your overall well-being. My focus is on delivering personalized, compassionate care that supports meaningful, long-term success in both your mental health and daily life.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based practice. I believe that the most effective treatment begins with listening. I take the time to understand your unique experiences, concerns, and goals before developing a personalized treatment plan.

Once a thorough evaluation is completed, I provide treatment recommendations based on your diagnosis, current symptoms, and what matters most to you. Whether treatment includes medication, therapy, lifestyle changes, or a combination of approaches, you will always be an active partner in the decision-making process.

I believe that informed patients make empowered decisions. That's why I take the time to explain diagnoses, treatment options, expected benefits, potential risks, and alternatives in clear, easy-to-understand language.

Together, we'll develop a plan that aligns with your goals and supports your long-term mental wellness.

My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and judgment-free environment where you feel heard, respected, and confident in your care every step of the way.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, you can expect a welcoming, supportive, and judgment-free environment where we take the time to understand your story. We will discuss your current concerns, symptoms, personal history, medical background, mental health history, and treatment goals.

The initial evaluation is an opportunity for me to learn what brings you to care, how your symptoms are affecting your daily life, and what you hope to achieve through treatment. We will work together to identify your needs, discuss possible diagnoses when appropriate, and review treatment options that may include medication management, therapy approaches, lifestyle strategies, or a combination of these.

I believe that successful treatment is built on trust and collaboration. You will have the opportunity to ask questions, share your preferences, and be actively involved in creating a treatment plan that feels right for you. My goal is for you to leave your first session feeling heard, understood, and confident about the next steps in your mental health journey.
