Great to meet you!

Hello my name is Jackson and I am a licensed mental health counselor offering virtual appointments. I value providing a safe and nonjudgmental virtual space, where my clients can comfortably gain understanding about their thoughts, feelings, and personal histories. My counseling approach is flexible, creative, supportive, and often mindfulness-based. I believe that practicing mindfulness and acceptance of your thoughts and feelings can help you achieve meaningful goals and lead a valued life.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in helping adults (18+) who struggle with depression, anxiety, and trauma disorders. I use evidence-based treatment approaches including Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution-focused Therapy, and Written Exposure Therapy (WET).

What you can expect from me

Our sessions will include more than coping skills training. Expect to learn how your symptoms function, what really matters to you, and how you can grow to meet the challenges of your life with greater confidence and resilience.
