I'm Jake and I practice out of Utah! My background is in addiction recovery, but I work with a wide range of issues today. I am passionate about working with family dynamic issues, communication training, first responders, and young adults struggling with identity formation.
My approach is a curious one. I strive to create a welcoming and understanding space for clients. While I prioritize making people feel comfortable, I also believe in gently challenging perspectives, which I find essential for therapeutic growth.
Our first session is a time to get acquainted, answer questions, and for me to understand what your experience has been. I like to dedicate time to understanding the process and making sure it is a good fit! We will also set intentions for future work so I always know what is important to you.
