Great to meet you!

I am a licensed therapist with a doctorate in School Psychology and a passion for helping teens and adults navigate life's challenges in a way that honors their unique strengths and experiences. I provide neurodiversity-affirming care and frequently work with individuals who identify as neurodivergent, including those with autism, ADHD, and other learning or processing differences. I understand that many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, misunderstood, or stuck, and I strive to create a supportive environment where clients feel accepted, respected, and empowered to grow.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and tailored to each individual's needs. I believe therapy works best when clients feel safe, understood, and actively involved in the process. I draw from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR, mindfulness, and solution-focused strategies to help clients better understand themselves, manage difficult emotions, develop effective coping skills, and create meaningful change. I work from a neurodiversity-affirming perspective and focus on helping clients build on their strengths rather than trying to fit into unrealistic expectations.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin building a comfortable therapeutic relationship. We will discuss what brings you to therapy, your current concerns, relevant background information, and your goals for treatment. My priority is creating a space where you feel heard and understood, so there is no pressure to share everything at once. Together, we will begin identifying areas of focus and develop a plan that feels supportive and aligned with your needs and goals.
