Great to meet you!

Hello, thank you for considering me to be a part of your wellness journey. As a therapist for over 20 years, I've had the privilege of working with clients just like you that want understanding, support, tools and hope to walk with you during difficult times. Together we will be able to laugh, cry and have honest and sometimes very difficult conversations. All to help heal and equip you with understanding, skills, and optimism for your road ahead.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is very individualized and developed with you to identify the skills and tools you want to accomplish. Over the years I have worked with mostly adults to help address symptoms of depression, anxiety, substance use, bipolar disorder and PTSD.

What you can expect from me

From our first meeting, I hope you find our journey as genuine, respectful, collaborative, and meaningful. We will explore the past while building for the future with new or polished skills, perceptions, and confidence. We will actively work on stuck points and behaviors that maybe interfering with your wellness. Every road is different, sometimes a little easier if you have someone to take it along with you for a bit.
