Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-C) who works with teens, young adults, and parents navigating stress, emotional overwhelm, family challenges, anxiety, and life transitions. My approach is collaborative, supportive, and practical, helping clients build emotional awareness, strengthen coping skills, and create healthier balance in daily life.

I understand how difficult it can be to manage responsibilities while feeling emotionally drained or disconnected. In therapy, I provide a compassionate and nonjudgmental space where you can develop effective strategies, improve communication, and build confidence in managing challenges.

My approach to therapy

I draw from a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches and tailor sessions to meet each person's unique needs, strengths, and goals. My work may incorporate cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based strategies, solution-focused techniques, strengths-based approaches, and skill-building to support emotional growth, emotional regulation, and resilience. I value honesty and direct communication in therapy while maintaining a supportive, compassionate, and nonjudgmental environment.

I view therapy as a collaborative process where we work together to identify patterns, address challenges openly, and develop practical strategies that can be applied in everyday life. My goal is to help you build insight, confidence, and effective coping skills so you feel more empowered in navigating relationships, stressors, and life transitions with confidence.

What you can expect from me

You can expect the first session to be a supportive and collaborative space focused on getting to know you, understanding your concerns, and identifying what you hope to gain from therapy. We will discuss current challenges, strengths, relationships, stressors, and any past experiences with therapy to help create a clear picture of your needs and goals.

I also use the first session to begin building comfort, trust, and direction for our work together. You can expect a balance of compassion and directness, along with practical support and guidance. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, understood, and with a clearer sense of the next steps forward.
