Great to meet you!

Greetings,

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Georgia and Maryland, I believe healing happens through safe and supportive relationships. Reaching out for therapy takes courage, and I work to make the process feel grounded, collaborative, and affirming.

I began my career at the VA in Atlanta, specializing in complex PTSD, and continue to work with individuals impacted by trauma, including veterans, survivors of trafficking, and those who have experienced birth or relational trauma. I place strong emphasis on relationship-building and trust, recognizing the therapeutic connection as a central part of healing.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is trauma-informed and relational, with a strong emphasis on building safety and trust. I work collaboratively with clients while also offering thoughtful, respectful challenge to support insight and growth.

I specialize in working with individuals impacted by complex trauma and PTSD, using an integrative approach that includes attachment-informed, narrative, and mindfulness-based practices. I believe therapy is most effective when it balances compassion with accountability.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a low-pressure space focused on connection and fit. I see it as an opportunity for us to get to know one another, answer questions, and explore whether a therapeutic relationship feels possible and supportive.

Clients are invited to share at their own pace, and I meet them where they are. My goal is to create a warm, grounded environment where clients feel safe, informed, and empowered as they decide next steps.
