As a licensed clinical social worker, licensed clinical addiction specialist, and integrative health coach, I have spent many years helping people walk through their own recovery journey. I use evidence based practices such as motivational enhancement and cognitive behavioral therapies tailored to your specific needs and goals. I believe that recovery and wellness includes all areas of life including physical, mental, emotional and spiritual, and that it is important to address all areas to reach optimal wholeness.
