Great to meet you!

Life can feel overwhelming, whether from past experiences, current stressors or systems that haven’t worked as they should. You don’t have to sort through it alone. My goal is to help you find steadiness in the chaos and create a space where you feel more balanced, supported and like yourself again.

My approach to therapy

I work with teens and adults navigating anxiety, trauma, ADHD, and OCD. Since 2011, I’ve worked in both outpatient and inpatient settings, supporting people from a wide range of backgrounds. What I value most from these experiences are the people, it’s a privilege to be trusted with someone’s story and I don’t take that lightly. I have an eclectic approach to treatment but often utilize techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

What you can expect from me

I focus on creating a safe, validating environment where you can show up as you are, without needing to have it all figured out. I bring my authentic self into sessions and am often described as supportive, accepting and direct in a way that feels helpful, not harsh.

I also believe therapy doesn’t have to feel heavy all the time. There’s room for humor, curiosity, and lightness along the way. Genuine connection is at the heart of this work, and often what makes meaningful change possible. This is your space. I’m here to support you, challenge you when needed and help you move toward a life that feels more like your own.
