Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who believes therapy should be a space where you feel genuinely heard, understood, and supported. My style is warm, collaborative, and curious, and I strive to create an environment where you can comfortably explore what you’re experiencing without judgment.

I especially enjoy helping adults better understand their emotions, relationship patterns, and the experiences that have shaped them. Together, we can explore not only what’s happening in your life now, but also the “why” behind recurring patterns, while building greater self-awareness and practical tools for meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, trauma-informed, and tailored to your individual needs. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, motivational interviewing, strengths-based interventions, and psychoeducation to help you better understand your thoughts, emotions, and patterns while developing practical tools for change.

I also incorporate an attachment-focused perspective, exploring how past experiences and relationships may influence the way you connect with yourself and others today. Together, we’ll balance deeper self-exploration with strategies you can use in your everyday life.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin exploring what brings you to therapy. We’ll talk about what you’ve been experiencing, what you hope to gain from therapy, and any important experiences or patterns that may be contributing to where you are today.

There’s no pressure to share everything at once. My goal is to create a comfortable, supportive space while we begin identifying your needs, strengths, and goals and developing a plan for our work together.
