Great to meet you!

I have been working as a licensed clinical therapist since 2019 after graduating from the University of Southern Maine with my master's in social work. Before receiving my LCSW I worked in various other roles including; inpatient treatment and residential treatment. I have worked with individuals of various ages from 5 years old to late adulthood. I enjoy working with individuals of all ages and backgrounds and love empowering others to connect with themselves and cultivate self-love and self-compassions. It all starts with YOU!

My approach to therapy

As a licensed clinical therapist I utilize a variety of different therapeutic models including; CBT, mindfulness-based approach, attachment-based therapy and more. I work to meet every client where they are at and implement the best therapeutic technique based on each client's specific needs. I will always create a very open-minded, nonjudgemental space where every client feels safe and supported.

What you can expect from me

It is my mission to help all of my clients work towards and accomplish their therapeutic goals. Client's working with me can expect to develop more effective coping skills as well as gain more self-confidence and self-esteem and become more in alignment with their true self.
