Great to meet you!

Hello and welcome! I am so glad you are here.

My name is Jacqueline McCormick, and I am a licensed, trauma-informed mental health clinician (MA, NCC, LPC) dedicated to providing a safe, warm, and collaborative space for healing. Making the decision to start therapy is a profound step toward wellness, and my goal is to walk alongside you with deep empathy, clinical expertise, and a completely client-centered approach.

My approach to therapy

While I work with clients facing a wide variety of life transitions and challenges across the lifespan, I hold specialized experience and passion in the following areas:

  • Trauma Recovery: I am a certified Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) clinician, helping individuals process past experiences and reclaim their sense of safety and self.
  • Eating Disorders & Body Image: I specialize in supporting individuals through eating disorder recovery, utilizing evidence-based approaches to foster a healthier relationship with food, mind, and body.
  • Anxiety, Depression, & Emotional Regulation: Incorporating Dialectical Behavior Informed Therapy interventions, I help clients build practical coping mechanisms and distress tolerance skills.
  • Family Dynamics & Relationships: Grounded in family systems work, I help individuals navigate complex relational patterns and build stronger communication strategies.

What you can expect from me

I believe that therapy is a collaborative partnership. My therapeutic style is grounded, patient, and deeply compassionate. I understand that life’s challenges can feel overwhelming, which is why I focus on creating an environment of absolute safety, trust, and zero judgment from our very first session.

Because I practice entirely via telehealth, I am able to meet you right where you are; allowing you to engage in deep, meaningful therapeutic work from the comfort and privacy of your own space.
